Youth Band
About this Ensemble

Founded in 2009, the Nassau-Suffolk Performing Arts Youth Band features the area's most talented 5th and 6th grade musicians. Under the direction of Gary Henderson, the group's main focus is to explore the developing band repertoire in a rehearsal setting. Members of the Youth Band perform bi-annually at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts.
