Stephanie Arciere-Ruppert
Artist in Residence
Stephanie Ruppert is a band teacher in the New Hyde Park–Garden City Park School District, where she has taught elementary band since 2011. Prior to her appointment in New Hyde Park–Garden City Park, she taught band in the Farmingdale School District for two years.
Mrs. Ruppert holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Flute Performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, as well as a Master of Music in Music History and Performance from LIU Post.
An active performer and educator, Mrs. Ruppert maintains a private flute studio. Her primary teachers include Susan Deaver, Kenneth Andrews, and Kathleen Miller. Mrs. Ruppert serves as an artist-in-residence with the Youth Band and Honor Band and is a proud alumna of the Nassau-Suffolk Concert Band and Wind Symphony.
